Knob Creek Bourbon Tcm Whouse1

Hand selected by TCM owner Ted Spiropoulos, it certainly does not drink to its 120 proof. Aged 9 yrs 8 mos. Soft mellow nose with a hint of sweetness. Great mouthfeel with hints of dried fruit, nuts, cinnamon, vanilla and a mellow pepper spice finish.
