Elaboration: The harvest is done by hand at the optimum ripening time. The grapes were fermented and macerated with their own skins for 15 to 20 days at a controlled temperature no higher than 82ºF. The wine then spends 6 months in American oak before being bottled.
Tasting Notes: Garnet red color with violet hues, clean and bright. Powerful and intense nose where the ripe fruit aroma predominates, with hints of new oak. In the mouth is balanced, round, and savory.
